The HR Manager owns components of the overall HR Strategy as well as delivering against enterprise priorities at their local site. As the Human Resources Manager, you will use your strong technical and analytical skills to lead and coordinate HR operational and strategic activities such as recruiting, talent management, HRIS implementation and maintenance, benefits, compensation, payroll administration and leadership development. You will oversee the daily operation of company HRIS, generate and create reports and dashboards, examples i.e., turnover reports, hiring costs, benefit reports. You will collaborate with IT to perform regular testing and audits of HRIS to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. This role is in-person based in Denton, Texas. YOUR TASKS
