Role Summary
The HR & Admin Manager will oversee all personnel and office operations, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations while aligning employee performance with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Government & Legal: Manage visa processing, labor contract registration, and trade license renewals through MOHRE and Amer portals.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle employee grievances and internal investigations, ensuring all matters are resolved professionally and in compliance with UAE laws.
- Payroll & WPS: Process monthly salaries through the Wage Protection System (WPS), ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure alignment between employee output and compensation.
