ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Manager for Midea Spain will lead the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring alignment with regional HR strategy while building solid local HR foundations. This role oversees core HR cycles, payroll delivery, policy development, and day‑to‑day people support, acting as a key partner to business leaders and a hands‑on enabler of efficient, compliant, and scalable HR practices.
