Role Overview:
As a
HRBP Manager/ Sr Manager
, you will be the key HR contact for our Engineering, Product, and non Tech teams. You will collaborate with leaders and employees across these functions to help build high-performing teams and drive employee engagement, development, and retention. The HRBP Manager/ Sr Manager will ensure that our HR strategies align with the companyβs tech-driven objectives and support a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to the engineering managers,tech leads and employees on all HR matters, including talent management, performance, employee relations, and organizational development.
Partner with the teams to translate team needs into people solutions that drive productivity, engagement, and innovation.
