, you will be the key HR contact for our Engineering, Product, and non Tech teams. You will collaborate with leaders and employees across these functions to help build high-performing teams and drive employee engagement, development, and retention. The HRBP Manager/ Sr Manager will ensure that our HR strategies align with the company’s tech-driven objectives and support a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to the engineering managers,tech leads and employees on all HR matters, including talent management, performance, employee relations, and organizational development.
