**Position Summary**
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources functions of the hotel. The role ensures effective implementation of Hyattβs Purpose, Values, and people strategies while supporting business objectives, maintaining statutory compliance, and fostering a positive colleague experience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and high service standards.
+ Implement Hyatt Corporate Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures at the hotel level.
