As a core member of the team, you focus deeply on the employee lifecycle and administrative excellence—ensuring that from the moment a new hire signs their offer, the behind-the-scenes systems, documentation, and coordination required for their journey into Capital Factory and our STATION entities are seamless, professional, and world-class.

You own the Day 1 to Day 90 experience and the critical HR administration that follows.
