Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for chauffeurs, operations and support staff.
- Oversee employee records, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with UAE labor laws.
- Handle performance management, training, and development programs for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with Integrated Transport Center (ITC) and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
