Position Overview
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations in alignment with corporate HR frameworks and policies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees, ensuring HR practices are effectively implemented.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition activities including workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes and employee HR transactions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining proper documentation and governance standards.
- Oversee visa processing, government relations, and employee documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
- Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses.
