Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment support by assisting in the hiring of approximately 100 direct labor operators on a continuous basis.
• Support training initiatives, helping deliver digital training content to meet a target of 15 hours per employee with 30% of the training delivered digitally by year‑end.
• Assist the local HR team with labor relations, event coordination, talent management, and other department activities.
• Manage internal communication tools and processes, continuously improving the internal communication system and ensuring information channels remain up to date and relevant.
