Job Summary
The HR Intern will support various functions within the Human Resources Department by assisting with end-to-end HR operations. This includes learning and development, recruitment, employer branding, HR operations, and general administrative tasks.

Learning & Development
- Coordinate full spectrum of employeesβ L&D activities, facilitate & support trainings, and apply training grants from HRDC.
- Manage & maintain all training records and ensure continuous improvement to the HR learning functions & processes.
Recruitment
- Assist in recruitment, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
Employer Branding
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, such as career fair and site visit.
