Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist in end-to-end execution of HR project, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
- Act as a point of contact for employees involved in the project, providing clear and professional updates.
- Handle necessary documentation, scheduling and specific to the projectβs needs.
- Any other ad doc duties as assigned.
Focus Areas - HR system/ Successfactors integration
- Total rewards and job mapping review
- Regional exposure to review HR structure, policies and compliance
Requirements - Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields.
- Interest in HR role.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Internship Period: Sept to Dec 2026
