Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties, and preparing of reports Assist in the preparation and coordination of onboarding activities for new hires Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening and maintaining candidate databases Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS and internal portals Participate in HR projects and assist with meeting coordination and minute-taking Respond to employee HR-related queries and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed Support the organization and participation in career fairs and campus recruitment activities Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops Provide support in procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors Carry out any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Basic knowledge or s...
