Role Overview: The incumbent will have the opportunity to support the PCC (People Culture & CSR) team. The core objective is to support HR operations transformation by providing visibility into key workforce metrics and automating routine reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
Details of the scope are as follows: Provide proactive support to the HR team within a broad spectrum, including but not limited to HR Business Partnering and People Operations.
