Position Overview
As a HR Intern, you will be part of the HR Talent Acquisition team to support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resource function. You will also take charge of key projects and supporting the implementation of the strategic people agenda.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the TA Manager in recruitment, from sourcing, screening to arrange for interviews.
- Partner with TA Manager to plan the annual calendar for career fair, engagement with universities and develop collateral/ communication materials.
- Partner with regional team to roll out the regional onboarding framework for Malaysia business units.
- Coordinate training sessions e.g. send out training calendar, logistics planning and printing of materials.
- Administrative support in prepare reports and update of employee’s personal files / Training record.
