Job Description
- Assist in addressing HR-related needs of organizational managers and help resolve HR matters within assigned departments.
- Support HRBP in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and other related events.
- Provide support for daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and internal movements.
- Support the HR team in handling various HR-related matters.
- Assist managers and other team members with data collection, documentation, and organization.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.
