Position Overview
+ Accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers
+ Work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion
+ Maintain a strict standard of data privacy in handling confidential employee and company information
+ Utilize time management skills to manage multiple task balancing
+ Support the human resources department by assisting with administrative duties to learn about the work being performed, and to contribute to completion of department workload
+ Learn and assist with various projects, such as HRIS system maintenance, data entry projects, onboarding and offboarding tasks, etc.

Requirements
Education/Training (both required and desired):
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Current enrollment or recent completion of a post-high school education program in a Human Resources field
