Job Description – HR Intern
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: INR 25,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven HR Intern to join our team and work closely on high impact people initiatives. This is not a routine HR internship—you will actively contribute to building and implementing key talent frameworks, while gaining hands-on exposure to how HR strategy translates into execution in a fast-paced organization.
What You’ll Work On
• Talent Frameworks: Support the design and rollout of new HR frameworks (e.g., talent and performance frameworks), including coordination, documentation, and implementation tracking
• Content & Communication: Create high-quality communication collateral for HR initiatives, including policy rollouts and company-wide values programs
