Key responsibilities include ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and user accessibility, while configuring & customizing HRIS modules to align with business strategies. The role also covers troubleshooting issues, implementing updates in collaboration with IT and vendors, managing secure employee data, generating HR reports, streamlining processes, providing technical support, conducting user training, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining system security through role and permission management. Exposure to SAP HRIS or similar system is a plus.
