Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Project Manager to support key HR operations and process execution for a Contract position based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can bring structure to benefits, payroll, and employee records management while partnering across HR functions to improve accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will contribute hands-on expertise in HR administration, onboarding, and employee support while helping ensure critical systems and processes operate effectively.
