Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HR & Payroll Manager to oversee both human resources and payroll functions for a growing organization with fewer than 100 employees. This role will manage day-to-day HR operations while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a smaller organization where they can wear multiple hats and play a key role in supporting employees and leadership. You have the ability to partner with an HR consulting firm as you need so you're never at a point of feeling alone or overwhelmed on the HR side of things. You always have support.
