Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
+ Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance documentation, and compliance
+ Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations
+ Serve as a resource to employees and management on HR-related matters
Payroll & Compliance
+ Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
