We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support a manufacturing operation through a long-term contract assignment. This onsite role blends hands-on payroll execution with day-to-day HR support, making it well suited for someone who is comfortable working across employee administration, benefits coordination, and process-driven people operations. The position requires someone who can manage sensitive information, maintain accuracy in a structured environment, and communicate effectively with employees, leaders, and external partners.

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities for multiple employee groups, including biweekly and semi-monthly processing, validation, corrections, and final review for accuracy.
