We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large construction workforce in Long Beach, California. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate compensation practices for both union and non-union employees while maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and collective bargaining obligations.
