Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a manufacturing operation in Ohio. This role oversees core HR functions including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and day-to-day employee support. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy, deductions, and compliance with garnishments
• Oversee full-cycle onboarding, including screenings, documentation, and system setup
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records (pay, PTO, benefits, documentation)
• Administer retirement plans, including contributions, enrollments, and employee support
• Manage employee benefits programs, enrollments, and related inquiries
• Coordinate contract workforce logistics, time tracking, and conversion processes
