Description
We are looking for an organized Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations. This position will partner closely with HR leadership and the broader HR team to help keep employee processes moving efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate brings prior HR experience, strong follow-through, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
• Support the HR Manager and HR team with day-to-day administrative and employee-related activities.
• Track open items, follow up with employees and internal partners, and help ensure timely completion of HR tasks.
• Assist in interpreting and applying company policies while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
