Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR processes and tools, and brings at least two years of relevant HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and assisting in the development of a positive, collaborative environment.
+ Conduct audits and reviews of job descriptions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
