We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant to join our team in Shakopee, Minnesota. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth processes across different areas of the department. Responsibilities:
• Process and update employee records, including onboarding new team members and deactivating separated employees in the HRIS system.
• Notify the payroll team of changes to employee statuses to maintain accurate compensation records.
• Organize and file offer letters and other HR-related documentation efficiently.
