Robert Half is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization in the Spokane market. This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on across multiple HR functions while partnering closely with leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
+ Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
+ Assist with recruitment efforts including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
+ Maintain and update employee records within HRIS systems
+ Support benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding coverage and enrollment
