Description
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help foster a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation
+ Assist with recruitment efforts, interview coordination, and new hire orientation
+ Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy within HRIS systems
+ Help administer performance management processes and employee development initiatives
+ Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
+ Support compliance efforts and maintain confidential personnel documentation
