Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner closely with leadership across multiple locations in the Greater Sacramento and Central California region. This is an on-site role in Sacramento that requires strong teamwork with managers and field operations.

What You’ll Do:

+ Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts

+ Assist with employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance

+ Help administer HR programs including benefits, leave, training, and employee engagement initiatives

+ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
