-Responsible for setting up and maintaining employee and related HR data on the HRIS and applicable systems which includes new employee documentation, recall and orientation, and ongoing employee HR administration. Processing employee status changes in the HRIS and support appropriate reporting needs as required.
-Responsible for the effective administration and communication of employee health and welfare benefits, vacation administration and retirement programs. Ensures the online database with the benefit carrier regarding terminations, changes to eligibility, coordinating of benefits is accurate.
-Drives division talent acquisition process from initial application>employee. Presents offers of employment and pre-employment requirements necessary for hire. Responsible for conducting and coordinating new employee orientation.
