Operating as part of an EMEA HR team and reporting to a UK-based HR Manager, you will be an effective HR Generalist capable of operating autonomously and as the first point of contact for the site.

You will take accountability for the full employee life-cycle activities in conjunction with recruitment, and payroll. It is essential to utilise your ability to drive and deliver HR initiatives in line with the strategic objectives, by using effective influencing skills through conversations/actions.
