Our construction client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and employee relations across a busy and growing organization. This position will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating by phone, providing excellent customer service, and working with employees at all levels of the organization. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs.
