Job Description
This hands-on Human Resources Generalist role supports a fast-growing, multi-entity organization in a high-volume environment. With more than 40 open positions and a key team member going on leave, you will own day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll, onboarding, and compliance. You will partner closely with HR leadership to keep operations running smoothly, support employees across multiple entities and payroll cycles, and help bring structure to a busy, rapidly evolving environment.
Responsibilities

+ Process weekly and biweekly payroll across five entities using Paychex Flex.

+ Audit payroll for accuracy, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and manage corrections in a timely manner.

+ Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and ensure compliance with reporting requirements, including time, sick time, and leave balances.
