The HR Generalist is responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting employees with benefits-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
+ Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans).
+ Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communication, system updates, and employee support.
