Job Description Responsible for providing the full spectrum of human resource functions with key focus on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management. Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters. Manage the recruitment process and advertisement; arrange and conduct interview, on-boarding and off-boarding letters and other related matters.
