Coordinate the activities as a team to ensure that the organizations payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Activities of the team may include monitoring attendance, compiling allowances, calculations of overtime, processing payroll, bonus, annual increment, statutory payments and etc.
Maintaining and updating HRIS to ensure all partners information are up to date.
Generate monthly payroll related reports.
Be the subject matter expert to educate and provide advices to partners about company policies and guidelines, including compensation & benefits, leave of absence, health & welfare, insurance/SOCSO, medical, disciplinary matters and etc.
Manages ongoing, periodic and ad-hoc compensation projects.
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
Good planning, organizing, communications, interpersonal skill.
