Position Overview
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, HR administration, payroll processing, employee records management, work visa coordination, and compliance with statutory regulations. The role ensures HR processes are implemented effectively in accordance with company policies, labour regulations, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and preparation of employment contracts.
- Post job vacancies on relevant platforms including My Future Jobs.
- Monitor candidate applications and maintain recruitment records.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and prepare interview evaluation reports.
- Submit interview reports to the My Future Jobs team for approval in expatriate hiring cases.
