Job Description
- Manage hiring and onboarding processes
- Handle employee queries and support workplace relations
- Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and morale
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and basic payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in updating and communicating HR policies

- Track training attendance and training effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2β4 years of HR experience (manufacturing industry experience is a plus)
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
