Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Process monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, CPF, levies, and statutory submissions.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, MOM submissions, and compliance matters.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and payroll reports.
- Coordinate training, medical check-ups, safety courses, and workforce matters.
- Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmations.
- Handle leave administration, medical claims, and employee benefits.
- Liaise with government authorities, external vendors, and site teams.
- Assist in disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
