This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Classic Paramount Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for Recruitment, HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions to support the company's workforce and strategic goals.

• Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
