we are seeking an HR Specialist in Payroll and Operations to join our team in Colombia:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations for vacations, sick leaves, and absences.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accurate documentation of technical adjustments.
• Administer employee affiliations with social security systems (EPS, ARL, Pension Funds) and Family Compensation Funds (CCF).
• Oversee employee lifecycle operations: contract preparation, terminations, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies in all contractual documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records (physical/digital) with high accuracy.
• Operate and troubleshoot payroll platforms used by the organization.
