Job Responsibilities

To assist the Human resources manager / Director of Human resources in implementing and driving various Human Resources policies and practices to ensure smooth conduct of the human resources function at the hotel. 

To implement and drive various Human Resources policies and practices to ensure smooth conduct of the Human resources function at the hotel, within the corporate guidelines, legal requirements and financial budget with the objective of achieving high level of associate engagement in a performance driven culture.
