Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas business units and branch offices. Build localized talent pools and manage the onboarding process to ensure cultural integration and role alignment for new hires.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee grievances, disputes, and labor law-related issues to ensure compliance and fairness. Regularly update the Employee Handbook to ensure local policies adhere to regional labor regulations (e.g., minimum wage, overtime pay, anti-discrimination laws/EEO).
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Performance: Manage the compensation system, including payroll accounting, appraisals, bonus distribution, and benefit programs (e.g., U.S. health insurance, 401(k), etc.). Drive the performance review process and assist business departments in setting goals linked to employee development plans.
