This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, developing HR teams, and driving people initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this individual will lead a team of HR professionals while serving as a strategic advisor to leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable influencing strategy, coaching leaders, navigating complex employee matters, and driving execution of key people initiatives.

This role is 100% onsite in Portland, OR and offers a base salary of $145,000-$175,000 DOE plus bonus potential. The organization also offers a comprehensive benefits package, retirement program, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
