This role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions—including organizational development, talent acquisition, performance & rewards, employee relations, HR operations, and HR digitalization—while building a high-performing, future-ready organization.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong business acumen, leadership maturity, and the ability to influence at all levels.
