Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator works under the direction of the Regional Human Resources Manager. This position will be responsible for the full cycle of onboarding of field personnel and provide administrative support for day-to-day operations. This includes record-keeping, profile maintenance and HRIS entry in JDE.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Primary Job Function:

+ Process all new hires through the life cycle of onboarding.

+ Ensure all new hires have completed the physical questionnaire and are released to work for the company.

+ Assist the OQ & Training Department with PEC Test validation and PEC card lookup.

+ Utilize HRIS system to accurately enter data in JDE and offer assistance to applicants to complete their portion of the onboarding process in Click Boarding.
