The Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of MPR’s Human Resources team and will serve as a primary point of contact for employees who need general support. We are a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. This individual will have the opportunity to work across the organization to provide support and grow their expertise in several functional areas: recruiting and onboarding, training and development, benefits administration, employee engagement, HRIS administration, and HR operations.
In this role, you will help keep HR processes organized, accurate, compliant, and employee focused. You will work closely with external and internal teams to support a smooth employee experience from offer acceptance through the full employee lifecycle.
