Job Description
Recruitment and Selection
Receiving completed recruitment requests from Departments and ensure completed Starter Packs handed out to new employees
Referring to EE stats to determine candidate fit
Conducting interviews including Recruitment specialists from other Departments
IR and HR issues
Checking that all disciplinary documentation are completed properly
Attending disciplinaries in HR capacity
Advising and communicate HR Policies and Procedures to all staff members
HR Reporting
Identifying reasons for staff turnover
Analysis of trends in exit interviews and disciplinary hearings
Employee wellness
Following up with individuals to see if they are confident that the problem has been resolved
Administering and monitoring disability process in line with the rules of the relevant benef...
