The HRBP is the main escalation point for any client related inquiries. This person acts as a strategic liaison between different internal business partners and Resourcing Edge clients. The Human Resources Business Partner assumes responsibility and accountability to meet or exceed the company’s performance goals, especially in quality, client retention and productivity. This position also maintains standard operating procedures and updates training materials.
